I Want To Be a Superhero When I Grow Up!

Like most kids, my two young boys dream of becoming real life superheroes. They fly around our house humming their own theme music, saving lives from their evil dinosaurs and transformers, just trying to make the world a little better. Even when we are out and about, they are quick to open doors, give warm smiles and "how are you's" to everyone they see.

As I watch them grow and learn through the scrapes and bruises of life, I can’t help but feel admiration for their spirits. They are beautiful. They realize the simple pleasures in life. They are seekers of truth. They are quick to forgive. They love unconditionally. They hope wholeheartedly. They believe without seeing. They don’t judge, but accept. They see beauty everywhere. They embrace new challenges. They see the important things clearly. They are not afraid to show how they feel. They find enjoyment in the simple things in life. They are brave, but are willing to ask for help when they need it. To think, I'm supposed to be the one teaching my boys, but in so many ways, they are truly teaching me. It has occurred to me on more than one occasion that my children are, in fact, already heroes. My children are MY heroes!

As our family gets ready to embark on our amazing full time RV journey, which is sure to be filled with all kinds of crazy adventures, life lessons, and lasting memories, I cannot wait and see what my little heroes will teach me next😊

We invite you to join us on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram to share in our journey. We hope you enjoy the ride.
